How it works
- Place your order and complete payment via GCash. You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS within 24 hours.
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is picked up by our courier partner.
- Track your order in real time using your tracking number on the courier website. You can also visit our Track Order page for quick access.
- Your order will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. Make sure someone is available to receive the package or provide a safe drop-off instruction.
- If you are not home during delivery, the courier will attempt delivery again the next business day or leave a notice for pickup at the nearest courier branch.
Important notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, and extreme weather conditions.
- Sarelle Skinverse is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Please double check your delivery address before placing your order. Address changes after the order has been dispatched cannot be accommodated.
- If your package arrives damaged, take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Do not discard the packaging.
- For bulk orders of 10 or more items, please contact us directly for special shipping arrangements.
